BP MARKOWITZ TO USHER IN CHANUKAH WITH THE LIGHTING OF BROOKLYN’S OFFICIAL MENORAH

BETWEEN COURT & ADAMS STREETS
DOWNTOWN BROOKLYN

On Monday, December 14, in celebration of Chanukah, the Jewish festival of lights, Brooklyn Borough President Marty Markowitz will light Brooklyn’s official 29-foot menorah in front of the Supreme Court building in Columbus Park/Borough Hall Plaza.

The ceremony will be led by Rabbi Aaron L. Raskin of Congregation B’nai Avraham, and holiday refreshments will be provided.
