BRIC Arts | Media | Bklyn to cablecast Brooklyn Borough President’s State of the Borough Address
Live cablecast of Borough President Marty Markowitz’s Inauguration and Annual Address to be aired on the BCAT TV Network

Brooklyn, NY – BRIC Arts | Media | Bklyn is pleased to present Brooklyn Borough President Marty Markowitz’s Inauguration and State of the Borough Address on its BCAT TV Network. The address will air live on Wednesday, February 3rd at 7pm on Time Warner 56, Cablevision 69, RCN 84 and in all five boroughs on Verizon 44.

The event takes place at the newly-opened YMCA Sports Complex at Park Slope Armory and will feature President Markowitz’s inauguration, entertainment from a variety of Brooklyn performers and the annual State of the Borough Address. The cablecast will appear as part of the Brooklyn Independent Television (BIT) programming block on the BCAT TV Network and will be hosted by BIT’s Brian Vines and Megan Donis.

Viewers outside of Brooklyn may tune in for a live stream of the Borough President’s annual address online at www.bricartsmedia.org/bcat. The address will be re-aired on the BCAT TV Network on Friday, February 5th, Tuesday, February 9th and Tuesday, February 16th at 2pm and 10pm on Time Warner 56, Cablevision 69, RCN 84 and Verizon 44.  On-demand video of the State of the Borough Address can be found online at www.bricartsmedia.org/bitspecials starting Friday, February 5th.

Brooklyn Independent Television (BIT) produces over seventy hours a week of Brooklyn-focused television programs covering public affairs, arts and culture, health and business, sports, and Brooklyn neighborhoods, aimed to reach the diverse audiences within New York City’s most populous borough.
