BP MARKOWITZ JOINS FESTIVITIES TO WELCOME BACK AIRCRAFT CARRIER INTREPID TO MANHATTAN'S PIER 86

On Thursday, October 2, 2008, Brooklyn Borough President Marty Markowitz joined public officials to welcome aircraft carrier Intrepid back following its refurbishment. The Intrepid Sea, Air & Space Museum’s grand re-opening celebration is scheduled for Veterans Day.
