Brooklyn Borough President Marty Markowitz rubbed elbows with two of the biggest stars in music and television, as Tina Fey came to Brooklyn Borough Hall to film her hit NBC television series 30 Rock, and rapper Kanye West performed at the Brooklyn Ball held at the Brooklyn Museum.
