BP MARKOWITZ AND DEPUTY BP GRAHAM TO HOST TOWN HALL MEETING FOR CO-OP RESIDENTS

On Thursday, November 29, Brooklyn Borough President Marty Markowitz, along with Deputy Borough President Yvonne Graham, will host a Town Hall Meeting at the Flatbush YMCA for residents of the Philip Howard, Norma, Carroll Gardens, Mansfield Gardens, and Kings Village cooperatives.

Co-sponsors of the gathering include City Council Member Lewis Fidler, Assemblywoman Rhoda Jacobs, City Council Member Darlene Mealy, State Senator Kevin Parker, City Council Member Kendall Stewart, Assemblywoman Helene E. Weinstein, and the Flatbush Development Corporation. Representatives from the New York State Attorney General’s Office will be on hand to exchange information, and answer questions by cooperative owning shareholders concerned about the control and management of their buildings.
