On Saturday, November 3, Brooklyn Borough President Marty Markowitz will visit and present a proclamation to the owners of Bombay Masala restaurant in Crown Heights. With a shortage of Indian restaurants in the borough dubbed by GQ Magazine as “the coolest restaurant neighborhood in America,” Bombay Masala brings quality Indian food to Brooklyn.
Bombay Masala is owned by Ahamed Kabir, Abul Bashar, Mohammed Azam, Ahamed Karim, and Monir Uddin, also co-owners of Joy Indian Restaurant, another popular establishment in Park Slope/Prospect Heights.
