PUBLIC HEARING TO BE HELD PURSUANT TO 4:00 P.M. Borough President Marty Markowitz will be holding public hearings on the following ULURP applications in the Community Room, Brooklyn Borough Hall, 209 Joralemon Street, Brooklyn, New York 11201, commencing at 4:00 P.M. on August 8, 2007. Calendar Item 1 Century 21 Department Stores LLC and Michael Sonnaband LLC seeks to change the Zoning Map in order to facilitate development of a parking facility.
