BROOKLYN’S GOLDEN SWEETHEARTS SHARE THE SECRETS TO LONG LASTING LOVE

Over 100 couples married fifty years or more to renew their vows.

2:00 P.M. - 4:00 P.M.
FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 10
NEW YORK MARRIOTT AT THE BROOKLYN BRIDGE
333 ADAMS STREET
DOWNTOWN BROOKLYN

On February 10, Brooklyn Borough President Marty Markowitz and his wife, Jamie Snow-Markowitz will welcome more than 100 Brooklyn couples married fifty years, or more, to the Grand Ballroom of the New York Marriott at the Brooklyn Bridge to renew their vows. The Markowitzs will honor the devotion of these Brooklyn sweethearts with a champagne toast, love ballads from their youth, wedding cake and sugar free treats. Brooklyn’s most romantic couples will share the secret ingredients to staying together for over half a century. Marty and Jamie have 44 years to go before they reach their 50th anniversary so they will be taking notes from Brooklyn’s golden couples. The Borough President’s birthday is on Valentine’s Day

If you are a couple married 50 years, or more, and would like to attend please RSVP at 718-802-3530.
