DINE IN BROOKLYN RESTAURANT WEEK

7:30 P.M.
TUESDAY, APRIL 4
ICI RESTAURANT
246 DEKALB AVE. (AT VANDERBILT AVE.)
FORT GREENE, BROOKLYN

On Tuesday, April 4, Brooklyn Borough President Marty Markowitz will dine at Ici Restaurant in Fort Greene, just one of more than 170 restaurants participating in this year’s Dine In Brooklyn Restaurant Week. From Monday, April 3, through Tuesday, April 11, Brooklyn eateries will offer three course meals for $20.06, offering an unrivaled opportunity for diners to experience the borough’s burgeoning culinary scene. This year’s Dine in Brooklyn also features 14 “2 for $20.06” restaurants, which will offer 2 meals for $20.06 at more modestly priced establishments.

Ici chef Julie Farias’s Restaurant Week prix fixe menu includes carrot and rosewater soup, watercress salad or fluke gazpacho for the appetizer; skatefish with fried green tomatoes, chicken breast with curried potatoes, or spaetzle with tarragon for the entrée, and chocolate cake or gelato for dessert.

Before dining at Ici, which is owned by husband and wife team Catherine and Laurent Saillard, Borough President Markowitz will visit other participating Dine In Brooklyn restaurants in the Fort Greene/Clinton Hill area, including Olea Mediterranean Taverna (171 Lafayette Ave.), Luz (177 Vanderbilt Ave.), and Boca Soul (919 Fulton St.)
