PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER REZONING IN HOMECREST AND SHEEPSHEAD BAY

Brooklyn Borough President Marty Markowitz will hold a public hearing Wednesday on the following proposals, pursuant to the City’s Uniform Land Use Review Procedure.

Homecrest rezoning in Community District 15: The Department of City Planning has submitted an application to facilitate contextual rezoning of Homecrest near Ocean Avenue, Kings Highway, Avenue P, Coney Island Avenue and Avenue S.

Sheepshead Bay rezoning in Community District 15: The Department of City Planning has submitted an application to facilitate contextual rezoning of Sheepshead Bay, near East 27 Street, Shore Parkway, Emmons Avenue and Ford Street.
