Borough President Marty Markowitz will welcome walkers and cyclists back to Brooklyn again on Wednesday as they travel across the Brooklyn Bridge and continue along their journey home. Brooklyn Borough Hall will continue to serve as a rest stop and be open from approximately 7:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. to those who need a break, phone, a bathroom, or a hot cup of tea or coffee. Borough Hall is located at 209 Joralemon Street between Court and Adams Streets in Downtown Brooklyn.
