Panelists include Liam Kavanagh, First Deputy Commissioner for the Department of Parks & Recreation, Dr. Jane Katz, former Olympian and aquatic education expert, Carl Quigley, Athletic Director for St. Francis College, and Peter Stein, President of the Lifeguard Supervisors Union.
