BROOKLYN BOROUGH PRESIDENT MARTY MARKOWITZ COMMENDS THE ORGANIZERS OF BROOKLYN’S PUERTO RICAN DAY PARADE

Today, Borough President Marty Markowitz posed for pictures with the organizers and supporters of Brooklyn’s Puerto Rican Day Parade, as they prepared for the 11th Annual Parade on Sunday.

Borough President Markowitz presented a proclamation to parade organizer Enrique Sandoval, proclaiming Sunday “Eleventh Annual Brooklyn Puerto Rican Day Parade Day in Brooklyn, USA.”

The 11th Annual Brooklyn Puerto Rican parade takes place on Sunday, August 15th. It kicks off at 1:00pm from the corner of Broadway and Graham Avenues in East Williamsburg.
